My name is Olga.
I help people who no longer believe in surface-level wellness.
They’ve tried classes, apps, routines, and inspiration — yet still feel tense, overwhelmed, or inconsistent when real life takes over.
I specialise in embodied yoga and mindfulness that trains the nervous system to handle pressure, not escape it.
With over 2,500 hours of guided teaching and 1,200 hours of professional training, my work is focused on stability, resilience, and clarity that don’t depend on perfect schedules or ideal conditions.
